70's. That was based on horns and a 8" and 12" woofer. With the drivers
available today you could build a great set of bookshelfs for a
reasonable cash outlay.
Dammit, I just read through this entire thread to see if anyone had
attempted to answer Erland's questions!
The debate here is very interesting, but I'd be interested if anyone
has been able to make those comparisons Erland mentioned...
