I upgraded to SBS 7.5.5 last week and haven't noticed any change in

I've had at least two updates in the last few days, maybe more, I lost
count.
In fact, I stopped twice mid-playlist and updated, then resumed
playback.
Each time, not the slightest difference in SQ to these ears.

did anyone get a really muddy sound after the latest update? it sounds

Hi folks,
I managed to get my system running well via ethernet. At the moment I'm
running server version 7.5.4 with no issues. Could you pls tell me if
switching to version 7.6 brings any improvement (stability/sound
quality wise)?

The transformer damping almost always improves things. As to still
hearing differences in power cords even with the transformers damped,
as noted earlier there are quite a few other mechanisms, if any of
those is significant there still might be audible differences.

I have had same problem with my transporter and if you are still having
problems note that when I perform Xilinx reflash I have to remove the
power lead rather than just turn power off. So hold 1 when you
reconnect power lead. Seems to work for me.
