If you used winSCP to install TT you can use it to edit the file.
In the right pane, browse back to the root directory and go into the
/usr/bin directory, you'll find the tt file there.

Guys - when will you learn that religious wars can't be won? So please
either stop this stupid discussion, or at least stop complaining about
each other. This thread and its relatives have caused more reports than
all the last few months worth of spam... it's ridiculous.

I just installed tt3.0 with default settings. It sounded a bit tinny to
me listening to Koln Concert. Uchida's Mozart set was also a bit off. I
changed the buffer to 4000 and then 5000. It is better now but I want to
know how to optimize the buffer setting. Any suggestions. Will it hurt

Strange then that you with your system are able to resolve the
difference
Reading further LC-1 is also built by belden for BJC by special order.
So LC-1 seems to be BJC own favorite for unbalanced audio .
Now i Personally never heard one but low capacitance and shielding is
important factors it has that .
More communism not so many options all the time :)

So from the Dac to the amp for analogue inputs I can use the belden
cable with RCA plugs but
Is it better than the lc1 ?

There is a claim that digital cables should be 1,5 meter due to some
reflection impedance missmatch or somesuch with spdiff and this should
be ideal for some reason , have not studied this in detail so I have no
opinion on it (yet).
However this does not apply to analog cables, so these can be in

"both analogue and coaxial" doesn't really help. The Belden 1694A is a
coaxial cable that may be used for either analog or digital. And in

I rarely buy 1 ft instead of 1.5 as the extra .5 can come in handy with
moving components around, etc.

Cable length: Get the shortest that will work for you now and in the
future. No point wasting money on longer cables then you need.

Can't help you much there. In earlier posts you referred to something
about a minimum length of 1.5m for coaxial, but I have no idea what
your source is for that, so it's hard for me to evaluate. Where did you
get that info? Also, it may (or may not) make a difference whether the

On the BJC US site the two cables appear to be priced almost the same.
Both are good cables, and very reasonably priced. If you have RFI
issues then I'd say go for the Belden 1694A. If not, then either would
serve you well. And if you really can't decide, buy both and compare
them.

Only need a very short length but is it recommended to go for a
