You likely hear about Canada complaints more often due to the shear
volume of consumer products being shipped between US/Canada.

crazy system that even the customs brokerage personnel get confused on.

are another. When you buy a $20 item (plus shipping) and get charged an
extra $20 at the door. That's robbery and these couriers are slowly
losing business because we are all wising up to it.

Nope - here as well and there is a hefty minimum charge (used to be
about 50).
