I like senheissers , I have a set of 600's and 650's driven thru one of
3 headamps , a graham slee solo , a musical fidelity X-cans V3 with
Siemens CCa's as valves and a custom built single ended valve headphone
amp.
I find the 650 + X-cans a pretty good combo

e and flavour might be the better buy.
If you want looks , digital effects loop , balanced outputs , better
power supply , the ability to play hi rez music and the ability of the
TP to act as a stand alone DAC and digital pre all in one unit - then
buy one.

I have hd600's and 650's + sb3's ..the Sb3's headphone output is no
where up to snuff. A valve or valve hybrid HP amp will give excellent
results with a 600 or 650.

Use the digital output of duet into an external dac of your choice or

DAC isnt the best thing since sliced bread.

I think the transporter is far less versatile than a SB/Duet + DAC. I
and others find the DACS in the tranporter to be very amusical and
sterile...I thinkl the term "miracle" dac is a misnomer.
