I haven't been using the effects loop for some time, but when I did I
experienced this if the equipment that was looped was not powered on
when the transporter was switched on.

will 37 do the job?
Last night I downloaded the latest nightly, but the Transporter won't
play anything under 7.1 with FV45. I notice others are also
experiencing this problem.
If I need >=42 then I guess it'll have to wait until this bug is fixed.
