Got the KW250s from Lintone Audio in Gateshead, UK. That was a year ago,
I'd be surprised if they still have any but you could give them a call
to find out.http://www.lintone.co.uk/

Musical Fidelity KW250S, Impulse H2 speakers, SB3,
bought one of these 2 or 3 years ago (had a brand name on it that I
can't remember). Didn't notice any difference but left it in place
anyway. Occasionally I remove it to see if I can hear any difference
but can't.

box has made the most improvement as it is effectively a complete
system change all in one go but I for one am well impressed with the
sound I can hear coming out of my speakers.

The 3020B was by far the best of the 3020 series, I had one for years
and now my friend has it as his main amp - I bought mine in 1983!

see my post e few above for the link to the same socket from
Toolstation
Great site, found it when I was searching for information on replacement
drivers for my Impulse H2's.

The sections on "mains stuff" is a good read.

Personally I found the midrange background accoustic noise floor
ceiling lacking with this wall socket. Much preferred this one
http://www.toolstation.com/search
it was rather prone to clipping and
fried my tweeters. Wasn't impressed by that as being another cheap Scot
it meant I had to but new speakers and a new amp!

them! Not a name you hear very often these days but they did make damn
good amps.

Thanks for all your inputs. Now I have to figure a way of getting a

Unfortunately none of these are readily available in the UK and anything
sourced from the US will probably be 120V instead of 220V but thanks for
taking the time to reply. I'll check to see if any of them can
accomodate 120-240V.
