So the former squeezebox specific store on www.logitechsqueezebox.com is closed for good. We ran that store with a small internal team who were all part of the squeezebox group . As a result we were able to focus strictly on squeezebox products and accessories and make changes very quickly. The logitech.com store is run by a much larger team and they are responsible for a much larger product portfolio. This causes things such as adding an accessory to take much more time, especially in the case of rack mounts when you are only selling 3-4 a month. Its just not he #1 priority. Not saying this is right or wrong just giving everyone some perspective. Now some good news. I just spoke with our operations manager and he informed me that Rack mounts have been sent to the dc.Now they just need to put them up on www.logitech.com. I dont think this will happen immediately bu I would expect transporter rack mounts to available within the next month or so.
