Make failed in 2.35 (texinfo)

I'm using GNU Emacs 21.2.1 (i386-msvc-nt5.1.2600) of 2002-03-19 on buffy on Windows XP. I ran make from within Cygwin Bash 2.05b, and I get the following, although it looks like the info files are there OK. -rw-rw-rw- 1 jrancier root 3012 Feb 13 12:34 Makefile -rw-rw-rw- 1 jrancier ro
