I transitioned our production CAS instance at TAMUCC to 4.2.2 just yesterday
from our customized version of 3.5.2 that I built years ago. I had intended to
move to 4.0.x, but found it too difficult to carry our modifications forward.
We deployed with the WSFederation option against our ADFS 3.0
This was a missing piece in the docs. You’ll need to add the following to your
list of repositories:
shibboleth-releases
https://build.shibboleth.net/nexus/content/repositories/releases
This should show up in the docs in about 20 minutes.
Also, switch to 4.2.3. Irrel
At least we're not alone. According to this survey, 53% of respondents are
using CAS 3.x.

Has anyone encountered this issue or know how to avoid it? Is there a way
to increase the timeout?
Looks like the couchbase connections timeout to my service registry and
production is impacted because CAS thinks there are no authorized services.
I have couchbase settings configured for 3 nodes
