Ah - I gotcha. Well - you could still take a look at PerfMon running on the UCM to see if the call ever even hits the PRI port. If it doesn't - and you are dialing the correct number - then it has to be an issue with the PSTN. If it does hit the port - but still doesn't ring in ... well then

Hey JD, Try setting one particular HQ phone's DN (in the 1000 range) to a partition of NULL. Then try calling that phone. Also make sure you are able to login to your pod's PSTN router (access from the PL vRack web page) with the password 'ipexpert' - the Menu should come up - make sure y
