Ah - I gotcha.
Well - you could still take a look at PerfMon running on the UCM to
see if the call ever even hits the PRI port.
If it doesn't - and you are dialing the correct number - then it has
to be an issue with the PSTN.
If it does hit the port - but still doesn't ring in ... well then
Congratulations Frog!!
You deserve it man - putting in long hard hours studying and great
questions - along with the help you have provided for others!
Hope you stick around this mailer!
Now relax a bit!! :)

router to find out if it was the PSTN configuration. I thought perhaps it was
something on my part that i configured incorrectly that i di

Then try calling that phone.
Also make sure you are able to login to your pod's PSTN router (access

Hello,
Does anyone know what could be the potential issues for not be able to receive
PSTN calls on the HQ PRI link? The PRI link is configured to receive 4

Hi All,
after integrated my CM 4.1(3) with AD, I can't access services page from IP
phones obtaining an HTTP error 403.
I rebooted the server, I performed CCMpwchanger without solving the problem.
Any suggestions?
Thanks in advance,
Lucia
