Norma, are you using the standard configuration from IPExpert though or your
own configuration? I believe there are issues with the canned one from IP
Expert.

and are you marking incoming traffic? Mark is saying in your ACL that
your source should be your destination if the traffic is going to be
incoming to the port.

Hello,
Has anyone connected to their vRack utilizing EZVPN through a router
connected to an internal IP address off of their DMZ vs. directly connected
to their ISP? I do not have the luxury of being able to connect my router
directly into my DSL modem and have to utilize an internal 192.168.75
on your access-list why are you matching based on source port? You really
shouldnt only need destination port. If you are doing source port that
tells me you are not marking it on the ingress of the port (whether it is
the access layer or the router input interface).
Also you are right norma, you
call-forward is a must. It will not work without it. You also need to make
sure your transcoder is working right. If you call from a CME phone to CUE
you know the dial-peer for CUE is ok. That rules that out. Then is it
something with the Xcoder or you are missing the call-forward pattern .T i
you have an association problem. Did you create a user with the user id of
"ac" all lowercase and password 12345. This needs to be done. You also
need to associate the phone with this user.
You are failing on call control. You might want to reset the Telephony
dispatch service as well.
On Sun,
don't think the transfer pattern matters since Pardeep is dialing
directly to 4111 from a CM phone. perhaps the answer lies with the
translation pattern.
Pardeep, did you try dialing from a CME phone to 4111? What happens
then?

need more info too. what config are you using on the incoming
interface? you probably need "ip nbar protocol-discovery" along with
"service-policy" on the inbound interface.

"IPIPGW doesn't support TCS" i didn't read this email in it's entirety
so excuse for asking if you are setting up trunk to IPIPGW then you have
to uncheck "wait for far-end TCS" box. Also, MTP must be checked.
Lastly, just check CCMAdmin to see if there isn't already an MTP
configured.

Hi Norma,
After I enter the service module itself it started to work. I mean I can
open the page now. But I gave initial setup inputs to the engine.
Pod18-BR2-RTR#service-module service-Engine 0/0 session
Pod18-BR2-RTR#sh ip int brief
Interface IP-Address OK? Method Status
this is what you should get. do a "sh ip int brie" and see that both
interfaces have the same IP address

Hi,
Do the following 2 way of marking signalling accomplish the same thing?
Use should use the full voicemail pilot number under call-manager
fallback without wildcards. Voicemail 912122251600. No translation is
needed with the voicemail button as it is a direct call to voicemail and
you should be prompted for "password".
