Can't address the issue with the Kindle.. But it did try a PDF reader on my BB and as far as Cisco PDF's will all of the technical drawings, they did not work that well. Since I usually have to lug a laptop, I just use the PDF reader and have an account on Safari press. It beats dragging around 50
