After labbing this for the past few days I have come to the following
conclusions:
1. As Brett mentioned, the called party transformation applied to the gateway

ctcp port 80 is not typically necessary. Mine works without it. Its only
necessary if your 871 sits behind some firewall that is restricting isakmp/ESP
connections on normal ports. .

Just browsing through the Amazon store there are quite a few in Kindle

All,
I thought some might be interested. I finally got my 871 to work with
Proctorlabs.com via EZVPN. This is what I did to finally get it working:
1) I used NEM. Whenever I tried using "mode client", I could connect,

Ok.One question for the Kindle DX .
Are all of the Cisco Press books available for the Kindle?
The $500.00 price tag is a little steep. With all of the netbooks out now,
that seems almost nuts.

One of the students at the bootcamp last month had a Kindle DX and I
asked him if I could have a look at it. I have to say it was pretty
sweet. The DX is the larger version that doesn't require any PDF
conversion. All of the Cisco Doc PDFs looked great in either portrait

I've noticed that folks repeatedly find typos and errors in the IP Expert

Can't address the issue with the Kindle..
But it did try a PDF reader on my BB and as far as Cisco PDF's will all of
the technical drawings, they did not work that well.
Since I usually have to lug a laptop, I just use the PDF reader and have an
account on Safari press. It beats dragging around 50

For more information regarding industry leading CCIE Lab training,
If the agent is going "Reserved" then the agent was "Ready".
I've seen this occur in situations with limited bandwidth or unreliable
connection to UCCX.
