I saw this also with the ASR1k...
I patched the 'rancid' executable:
while () {
tr/\015//d;
last if (/^$prompt/);
next if (/^(\s*|\s*$cmd\s*)$/);
+ if ($type =~ /ASR100/) {
+ next if (/tracelogs/);
+ next if (/bytes total/);

hi all
just a short question (related to a quite new feature from cisco).
with the new cisco ASR software (15.0(1)S - released some days ago) it is able
to do BGP on the same box.
we need this feature because we use the VASI interfaces to bring and filter
traffic from one VRF to another VRF and
you should try to get the CCIE labs / workbooks from internetwork expert -
especially volume II version 5.0 beta has really good QoS stuff in there.

fa4 can be (ip-)addressed directly, afaik.

hi manaf
one quick "hack" would be: run 2 different ospf processes and do redistribute
between them. unfortunately you're then seeing all the routes as ospf external..

probably you could solve it by placing one pool for your local stuff, and doing
some nasty dhcp proxying / agent stuff for your other requirement
