Ah, a small note - copying English.lproj (or any other lproj available there)
as lv.lproj (or any other unsupported language) in System Preferences.app

+ for example, choosing "Latvian" or "lv" and opening that xib localization in

It's first time trying to localizae a prefpane... some minutes and I'm already
stuck.
Suppose I want to deliver a preference pane with interface in English, German,
Latvian, the latter beeing mostly used.
For testing purposes:
