A double build fixes that for the moment.

Thanks for the speedy reply. In doing some more debugging it looks like
this exception is raised with old versions of Tomcat. I was running
4.0.4 with the cocoon 2.1-dev head and got this exception (on a clean
install). I verified it under Linux as well as FreeBSD. After
upgrading to

but do you really make a build.sh clean beforehand and are you sure
that you use the latest code? If so, can you please provide more
stack trace/log informat
