an IRC line is split up into up to 15 param
I seen that if there is no reason from client:
:DaDreamer!~[EMAIL PROTECTED] PART #tg.jiu :bye bye honey
:DaDreamer!~[EMAIL PROTECTED] JOIN :#tg.jiu
:DaDreamer!~[EMAIL PROTECTED] PART :#tg.jiu
...
There are 2 different formats of the PART. Is this a bug ?
