[Coder-Com] Force Nick Change/Mode Change

Heya all!! Does somebody have a patch to force nick change/umode change that doesn't need to be applied at all servers ??? (only on the hub) and Works :d I have SVSNick but it changes only the nick on the servers where the patch is applied. (Running ircu2.10.11.02) Tnx, Ace
