Eric Evans resolved CASSANDRA-417.

Resolution: Fixed
As of 0.6.0, Ivy is being used for build-time dependency management and JUnit
(among others), are no longer being shipped in the binary artifacts. Antlr
_is_, but the components needed for build, also require the runtime components,
making it more complex than it is worth to separate them.
Closing this issue.
