Currelty, the json schema generated by DMN engines and referred inside
openapi, are written under the root directory, eg
http://localhost:8080/NewHiringOffer.json
The problem with this approach is that it is impossible to fine-tune
authentication so that rest endpoints are authenticated but openapi and
referred json not.
Scope of this ticket is to dump the refs json inside a a refs subfolder, i.e.
http://localhost:8080/refs/NewHiringOffer.json
