## Summary
Localize the instance page's feedback messages (`instance/index.tsx`):
- 14 hard-coded `message.success/error/warning` toasts → `t()` calls with
new `instance.*` zh/en keys (list/credential/region/cloud-instance load
failures, add/update/delete/batch-delete/import feedback)
- The five `describeApiError(error, '…')` fallbacks now pass `t(...)` keys
## Why
The page was already `useLang()`-wired with an `instance.*` key set, but
every operation toast still rendered hard-coded Chinese in the English UI.
## Testing
- `vitest run src/pages/instance/__tests__/InstancePage.test.tsx` → 21/21
passed
- `tsc --noEmit` → clean
- zh fallback text unchanged
