The problem is that at the moment of the release, lastRelease should
still mean the previous release but it doesn't. At that moment it
suddenly means that release and you get a really small changelog.
Well that's brilliant. I wonder if anyone can come up with a use case for
that behaviour.

We do indeed need another release of jelly-core as well (one way or the
other, see below), but I thought that interaction-tag could be done
independently. It would allow me to cut a release of the
maven-console-plugin, which is otherwise ready and only waiting for this
dependency.
