This is still an issue in Ubuntu 11.04 and 11.10beta2.
Since I have uploaded fixes to the relevant compiz code recently, I have
two suggestions that might fix this for compiz:
1. Switch GLX contexts at the right time. It seems like compiz is still
in the context of screen 0 when it's doing the wa

I've just run into this, again on Intel hardware, although only once,
and I haven't managed to reproduce it. Is just running compiz in

This may be the 10th bug I have reported after upgrading to Ubuntu 11.10
beta. Some of them have been fixed, some not (eg, at least this one). I
didn't do anything special when this error occurred, or just I don't
know.
