I have the same problem and this solution fixes it for me but I'm using
Classic Ubuntu11.04 and not unity, so let me know if this fixes it for
you guys.
Go to “Wobbly Windows”.
The next to last last line is “Move Windows”. The default is “Toolbar |
Menu | Utility | Dialog | Normal | Unknown”
W
In the mean time you could blank out the 'Move Windows' text field in
the Wobbly Windows settings.

@Sam: Wobbly Windows is in compiz-plugins not even -main or -extra.
In other words, it's part of the standard plugins that come with Compiz by
default.
So it either should be supported or moved to -extra.

Ever since Natty (clean install) I see this bug as well.
Steps to reproduce:
1. Enable Wobbly Windows
2. Maximise any window
3. Trigger Expo (e.g. via Unity's launcher)
4. Double-click the desktop with the maximised window
5. Trigger Expo again → window screwed
The source for this problem appears
It is related to wobbly windows, which we are not supporting right now.

Hi, why do you feel this is a unity problem as well? I see that the bug
is linked to both compiz and unity?
Ie, can you confirm that the bug happens only when unity is used, which
doesn't seem to be the case in the video.
