I rebooted my notebook (winXP), opened only the command prompt, ran build.bat and got the same error. The only thing I see is the CVSNT lock server (green fish) icon open in my winxp tray. I right click on the icon, selected Show Debug, it has the following log in it: CVSLock 2.0.51d (Aug 19 20
