I'm thinking of setting up some mailfilters that clear certain (useless/obscure) headers from incoming email. I don't like to waste bandwidth, especially since I occasionally retrieve my mail through a GPRS-connection.
Which headers can I safely remove without breaking anything? Would it be legal to do this clients (not myself) using my mailserver? What would be the pros and cons? Anyone doing something like this already?
