I have a DVD-R burned from the MS Visual Studio 2008 Express offline
install ISO in D:, but with 1.7.0-27, I get the following:

I don't know why Reini suggested using tee, but it's a bad idea because
having tee in the pipeline will cause all these DLLs to be in use which
will just cause rebaseall to fail:
$ cygcheck /bin/tee
