Can DT2.6 read the XMPs produced by Digikam? and then what happens when DT writes the edits and it's tags to the XMP? Will it be ok with Digikam? Or is there a way of change the XMP naming scheme to filename.cr2 and DT producing filename.xmp? Or? -- sknahT vyS

Hi, there have been sporadic reports of this issue before. As a quick fix you can go into ~/.config/darktable/darktablerc and manually delete all lines starting with "plugins/lighttable/collect/". When you start darktable again you once again see all your images but now you should be able to
