concert with greg alman

hello my name is matt and i am in florida. I recently heard about some concert on a farm in Tennessee or N.C. or somewhere else up there in the mountains. It is suppose to have greg alman the dead and others. Has anyone heard about it and where and when is it? thanks very much. peace
