Deadlists shows: complete FOB aud (perhaps made with mics on stage) 110 mins;
Jack Warner reports the following: Best lineage is MAC>R>D, recorded by Bob Menke and Louis Falanga, Sony ECM-270 + Sony ECM-250>Sony TC-152 (though this was not mastered onstage; the mics were mounted on a pole, I think maybe 35 feet back?). The master has never been digitized to my knowledge. All of the DATs I've heard stem from Dr. Rob's reel copy.
