Hi Andrew, Thanks for quick heads up! I wanted to unblock siso, so I started to look into otel and his deps. I will stop packaging otel 1.43.0, but let me know if you needed help. I have a working branch with the upstream import done, patches refreshed and I could push it. On the other hand, I've retitled this ITP accordingly.
