Anyone wonder if they intended to send
that message thinking that everyone would automatically block those
sites? Nice little tactic….

Hi;
I also randomly
checked the domains and I have a hard time believing some of those sites are in
any sort of mass e-marketing.

Ha! I got one of these too! in fact I was just getting ready to post
it to the list.
I know
for sure that a lot of the mail sent by this company is not legitimate "Opt-In"
mail. I've gotten mail from these folks in the past, but they did comply
with my removal request
I randomly checked
some of those IPs and non of them showed up on any blacklist. Right now
his mail would get through to us since he would not fail any tests. I
wonder what his concern is. He should send the message to AOL and
Earthlink to see if he gets any response.

I got one too... and replied with questions.
I doubt if we'll get answers.

I just
received one of these today too.
I
responded asking for the confirmation letters of those who apparently 'opted
in'. I have not received any list yet. Surprise,
surprise.

However I get a bunch of these messages coming through our Webshield

I thought that was cute to, I now filter and hold on "Saf-E Mail Systems"

Now how is this for a disclaimer for junkmails ? (sender and receiver
of the e-mails are local mailboxes).
