Title:
upower is reporting really odd stats for battery charge time

Status in upower package in Ubuntu:
  Confirmed

Bug description:
I virtually discharged my Lenovo ideapad y580 today, it then sat there
charging for 5 ish hours. However upower shows the battery at 86% and
say 12:47 to complete the charge. Unplugging the power and then
plugging back in said :37 but then this has been climbing since and is
  back upto 2:10.

ogra_ reported seeing similar things on his n7 with the upgrade to
raring and also on his chromebook.

If you need any info just let me know what.
