If you mean multiple people, at the same time, accessing the same dBase file, then this won't work with OOo's dBase implementation. You might consider using the Microsoft ODBC driver for dBase then (if you work on Windows, which you unfortunately do not tell), which should offer this. Besides this, please explain in more detail what you want to do, and what you already achieved, so we know where to start.
