Here is the patch for this new feature for UPS integration to send Shipment
Return Email.
This can be tested once the UPS integration configuration is done.
1. When order is in ORDER_COMPLETED status and if the carrier is UPS then in
shipgroup area option for sending Retrun Label email will be shown on order
detail screen.
2. When a return is in RETURN_ACCEPTED status and carrier is UPS then the same
option will be shown on edit return screen.
