It would be helpful to have a way to track employee events - things that occur 
that are out of the ordinary. The events are used for employee evaluations.

Employee events can be positive or negative. They can include:

Late for work
Unexcused Absence
Absent Without Notice
Volunteered For Overtime
Verbal Warning
Written Warning
Customer Satisfaction Response Positive
Customer Satisfaction Response Negative
Exemplary Performance In A Particular Task
Client Requested Employee Return
Client Requested Employee Removed

etc...

Users can assign a point system to the employee events. This information can be 
used to evaluate employee performance.
