Actually the documentation that you are following is not up to date. To
create a Kubernetes cluster use the guide lines in the README.md file[1].
Use the guide in [2] to deploy a sample application. Note that the access

We have now fixed the PCA Git push issue. Also introduced integration tests
to cover those scenarios. Will proceed with the release.
