I deleted the content of the files and recopied the contents. That error is
solved now. But now I am getting folloeing error

I just ran a setup with external CEP, as explained in the guide you
mentioned, [1]. There are no errors. However the mock stat publisher does
not work when the CEP is running with port offset.
Will have a look into it.
