There is an issue in extensions/cep/pom.xml causing a build failure. This
went unnoticed since older version of this file existed in builder machine.
For this reason we are cancelling the Stratos 4.1.2-rc1 release.
Will fix the issue and start a new RC release.

I'm sorry I did't see that in the previous mail.
I think we will need to have it in the dev dist to vote, otherwise if the
vote is passed we cannot guarantee that the same set of artifacts are moved
to the release dist. People need to vote against the release artifacts.

Hi Imesh,
Stratos distribution was not added on purpose since there was a size
limitation. I have raised a ticket in ASF infra regarding this. As I
have mentioned in the mail, please use staging repo for Stratos binary.
Looks like I have missed Stratos source, will add that. Thanks for pointing.
It looks like we have not uploaded the stratos distribution and the source
release to dist:
