Do we have any other resource on how to debug cartridge agent or how to
debug newly spun cartridge which may have so many errors? If we have few
generic steps to debug, then it may help for the cartridge creator to find
out the issues and fix it quickily.

According to my experience based on vCloud testing, "jclouds.wire" is not
enough. We also need "jclouds.headers". It would be good to have
"jclouds.compute" logs as well.
