Release dates are not updated in most of the releases

Hi, I noticed $subject , in https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/STRATOS/?selectedTab=com.atlassian.jira.jira-projects-plugin:versions-panel I tried to updated the release dates, but seems I don't have permission. Can someone update the dates accordingly ? Thanks, Sajith -- Sajith Kariyawasam
