Currently we name them as apache-stratos-cep-*artifacts*-4.1.5.zip &
apache-stratos-das-*artifacts*-4.1.5.zip.
I prefer to name them as apache-stratos-cep-*extension*-4.1.5.zip &
apache-stratos-das-*extension*-4.1.5.zip.
I guess this is how we called cep extension in 4.0.0 release also.
