They seem unmaintained because some people started the CMake switch but never finished it. Hence we have two build systems to maintain and files that ought to be automatically generated and therefore shall not be maintained anymore manually (with the exact same reasoning that you brought up) to this day still are not generated and also nobody maintains them anymore. ---------------------------------------------------------------- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
