Commons-daemon and Java 9

Please notice that commons-daemon included with 8.5 and 9.0 does not start
at all with JDK9, at least on Linux. I filled DAEMON-373 for this issue and
DAEMON-374 for issue with command-line arguments required for 8.5 and for
some web applications.
