This might be caused by bug 864516 - CPU load spike at each minute mark
of system time:

If you have entered a bug for this, it makes sense to at least depend on
bug 867649.

Since this is GP I think the many issues we see here with the clock
are hardware specific. The GP resets time to 1980 if you pull the
battery (e.g. swap SIM). I don't think the production phones do that.

A general disclaimer about that feedback. The dogfooding is being done
with Peaks, that are using a specific Gaia Branch (not the official one)
in order to support the qHD resolution. Due to that, the version used by
TEF employees is a bit out of date and some of the comments might not be
valid any

The date issue is definitely a problem. I have seen it myself
repeatedly. I still think we should delete all the manual date/time
setting code and rely on the many time sources we have available
instead (NITZ, NTP, GPS).

The default UA does not contain the string "Android"; if they get
offered Android apps, we need to know the sites concerned so we can
either get them to fix their sniffing, or consider removing a UA
Just a note.
Might it make sense to post the untranslated, and have someone make sure that
the translation is accurate.

Feedback on Keons and Peaks from Telefonica's dogfooding program (mostly
Peaks, I think, but I don't have the solid numbers). Most of these came
from users who'd updated to the 20130404 build (I think this is a build
that TEF is handing out?), I've tried to take out the feedback from
