It should auto-load when required, just in the right order.

Pardon my ignorance, Adrian, but does your contrib require squid to be
active? I have a default (well, almost :) ) e-smith setup, with no squid,
but am interested in your work.

ifost have made some rpm's for unison, a very cool tool you can use to
synchronise files and directories on the same host or two hosts across the
network. we're also working on a web interface with the ultimate aim of
synchronising i-bays between two hosts.
you can get the rpm's from http:/

Question: Does the qmail license allow for differentiation between
distribution/installation and configuration?
If I install qmail as per "make install" and sell or distribute a system,
this is obviously not a license violation.
Now, what happens if once this system is installed at a user's site

Hey,
I did :

I'm using E-Smith 4.1.
I've released a couple of contrib RPMS to help counter propagation of

The RPMS do two things:

browser using the proxy server on e-smith/SMEServer v5.0.

I received the same error yesterday and simply refreshed the browser a few

Gordon,
Will this CD-ROM fix break IDE tape backup?
If so how do you reinstall the ide-scsi module?
Thanks,

At boot time when httpd starts I get [OK] immediately followed by a blank

clear what the error is caused by, or what may be non-functional.
