I would suggest you get static IP addresses for you Cisco 677 routers so
that the SME server perform NAT instead of the routers as this
complicates things.

I've got 2 SME5.5 boxes running and installed the freeswan package

Internal Subnet 255.255.255.0
External IP: 216.x.x
