The only thing I'd add to Mehdi and Erik's good advice is to write
about what you know and share it: turning your personal site from a
portfolio into a blog and using it to help position yourself in the
way that you want others to see you. It will also help you hone your
own thinking and challenge

practice had a tendency to emphasise visual impairment at the expense
of consideration of cognitive and motor impairments, WCAG does still

Age' - it has a whole section dedicated to design research
interviews, how to structure questions and generally strong tips and
advice:
