I tried Disk Utility, and while it cleaned up some disk problems, it did
not fix the "disk full" problem. However, I downloaded Onyx and used it
to clean up a bunch of files, and that did the trick. No more disk full
error. The original Slimserver problem was then fixed by rescanning the
library.
Thanks. I will try all of the above when I get home. My music list is
probably not really long by most standards. At this point about 200 CDs
worth. Once I clean up the Mac, I'll see if the problem persists.

different than yours. I'm still running SS 6.5.4 using IE under
Windows XP. It normally happens when I request a list that is
relatively long (new music when I've added a lot of items recently

G4. Here's what I've done. Run a comprehensive cleaning program such as
Onyx. It's free and can be gotten from the Version Tracker or Cnet
sites. I run the Automation program within it after the initial checks

That did not work. I think the problem relates to how Slimserver is
running on this particular Mac. I get the same problem when using a
browser on a remote computer as well. On top of this, I have computer
