For g-c-c, I searched the translation templates and it turns out 'menu-
sections' would currently have "Hardware" and "System" translations, but
I couldn't find a template that would also have "Personal", although
individually it's eg. in gnome-contacts.

I tried to reboot the system. Now I have this problem only when I click
on the icon of the app in the other workspace from the alt+tab switcher

Another interesting note - while turning bluetooth back on through the
settings window fails for me in the way Anmar described, turning it on
with my laptop's airplane-mode button works, so below a certain layer
